Acceptance

Using Heritage Ledger means you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using the service. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have authority to manage the relevant property records and to upload the materials you provide.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted property, vendor, and receipt information.
  • You must maintain account security and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • You should keep supporting records lawful, relevant, and appropriate to store or share.

Acceptable Use

  • You may not use the service to store unlawful content, infringing material, or harmful software.
  • You may not attempt to interfere with service availability, access controls, or another user's account.
  • You may not misrepresent ownership, maintenance work, or third-party documentation within the archive.

Reports, Exports, and Backups

  • Generated reports and exports are provided to help summarize records, but you remain responsible for verifying them before external use.
  • Backups and recovery workflows may not be instantaneous and may be subject to retention cycles.
  • Deleted items may persist temporarily in archival or backup systems before final removal.

Limitations

  • Heritage Ledger supports property recordkeeping but does not replace legal, engineering, tax, or insurance advice.
  • Service availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Notice of Arbitration and Disputes

  • Before escalating a dispute, contact support so we can attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.
  • Where permitted by applicable law, disputes may be subject to individual arbitration rather than class proceedings.
  • Any mandatory consumer rights provided by local law continue to apply where they cannot be waived.
